Do Friday’s tend to get you in the party mood, yet there’s always those thoughts of things to do “next week?”
If that sounds familiar then your having a case of “Frantic Friday!”
The picture above honestly sums up any point I’d try to prove. The bottom line that I’ve learned about “conquering” Frantic Fridays is “planning and executing realistically” because that’s the only way it’s worked for me!
On Thursdays, I actual “plot out” the remainder of my week and weekend. I think of all the things I’ve accomplished that week and I think of what needs to be accomplished and list them in order of priority.
Once I’ve gotten down what needs to be done I activate tunnel vision, so that I can get it done!
“Checking yourself before you wreck yourself” says always evaluate yourself, your responsibilities and your actions because ultimately you can and will wreck yourself physically, spiritually (emotionally) and financially if you aren’t clear on who you are, where you are, what you want and how to get it while holding it all together!
